The Bernard Firm is adding new technology to enhance client access and communication.
The Bernard Firm is introducing a new information and communication tool called Case Status that is integrated with our legal case management system. The new technology gives clients easy access to their case updates, secure messaging with their attorneys, and overall transparency throughout the legal process.
Case Status is a phone app that shows clients the current status of their Application(s). In addition to calling our office, clients can now also use the app to see the current status of their Application(s), and to send and receive messages with their assigned Attorney and Case Manager.
Here is an example of the Case Status app screen which shows the Application Phase Roadmap, and the current phase of an Application. The app also provides notifications via the app when a case is updated or if there is a new message.
The Bernard Firm is implementing this new tool for all current H-2A, H-2A-FLC, and H-2B applications. Clients can install the app on their smartphone, and once their Matter is activated in the system, clients will have up-to-date information regarding their application’s status at their fingertips.
