Deborah is The Bernard Firm Manager of Operations and President of the Executive Committee.

Deborah brings a wealth of administrative and management expertise to The Bernard Firm. Honed through years of experience in the hospitality industry, Deborah has applied solid financial and organizational skills supporting executives, managing regional office staff, and coordinating activities with hundreds of general managers, employees and customers across a nationwide portfolio of hotels.

Deborah’s warm, customer-focused approach, and friendly demeanor make her an integral asset to the firm.

Deborah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
